  •  Monitoring and Ensure SLA Quality targets
  • Initiate actions for Quality improvement
  • Implement TQM activities & Six Sigma strategies
  • Facilitate and implement best Quality practices
  • Responsible for implementing the Quality framework for the new processes
  • Strong commitment to quality standards, flexibility, thoroughness & adaptability
  • People Management Skills
  • Should be able to manage a team of 30 – 50 QA’s
  • Understand customer Quality expectations
  • Co-ordinate and communicate regularly with QC team/ops team and Quality Manager
  • Should be able to work and communicate across multiple time zones and cultures, ready to work in night shifts
